The Golden Globe Awards 2011

COUNTINEWS.CO.CC -The Golden Globe Awards 2011 The date for the 68th annual Golden Globes 2011 is Sunday night (tonight). The Globes are typically viewed as a precursor to the Oscars, where many of the same nominees see additional nods for their performances.

The Golden Globe Awards 2011 air this Sunday night, and include 12 movie categories. There are a lot of known names in tonight's lineup, and many fear/horror fans are surely rooting for Natalie Portman as she is the front runner for best actress in her role for Black Swan.

The movie Black Swan also received two other nominations for the Golden Globes 2011, including a nod for best director and best supporting actress. We definitely want to wish them all luck tonight.

Presentation of “The 68th Annual Golden Globe® Awards” will be a live telecast on NBC Television beginning at 5 PM PST and 8 PM EST. So after watching your NFL playoff games, grab some grub and sit down with your friends or family and watch the show.
